For the Grand Opening Gala, a 750-guest black-tie event that was the talk of the town, they managed the national act that provided dinner entertainment, k.d. lang. They handled the contract, riders, road crew, and other logistics without a hitch. They also finessed k.d. lang and her crew to allow a high-level donor to come backstage to meet k.d. lang after the performance. Our guests gave us rave reviews on the evening’s entertainment.
Party on the Edge was a museum-wide event that hosted 3,000 guests. Again, that evening which included many different styles from African drummers to strolling mandolins to living statues and more. They also handled contract, logistics, etc. for the headliner, Big Head Todd & The Monsters.
